CW International is a Management Consultancy providing support to (mainly) the oil and gas and process industries in a range of Operational, Health Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ), Security and Reputation Management areas. 

CW International was born to answer industry needs after the Piper Alpha disaster in 1989 - initially in the UK helping clients to implement the lessons of the disaster and then internationally as clients carried the lessons there. We have been in South East Asia since 1992, the Middle East since 2005 - helping Companies ensure that HSE and other risks remain as low as reasonably practicable and to maximise the opportunities for successful business.

Much of our work is initiative based, working with clients to identify improvement opportunities and then formulating, implementing and testing solutions and then helping them to be taken ‘in-house’. There is always a strong emphasis on achieving core business aims.

With our Clients we have developed strong expertise and experience in all aspects of HSE Management Systems and HSE Cases or Safety Reports and supporting qualitative risk management assessments and control mechanisms.  In particular we have also developed and maintained a very strong reputation in Emergency and Major Incident Management and the broader topics of  Crisis Management, Business Continuity and Reputation Management. 

In each of our operational areas we developed an understanding of the operational and business and stakeholder environments appropriate to the various businesses and countries and wherever we work we develop good working approaches with Staff, Oil and Gas Companies, Contractors, and Government Agencies.
